Time is rounded to the nearest ¼ hour. A typical “black bag full” or ironing would cost £15.00. We also offer discounts to regular customers. Same day service is available with prior booking.

Ironing:
If you’re not sure how much ironing you have or how the creasing will affect the cost Sarah, or a member of her team, is always happy to quote for your work before proceeding. There is no extra charges for polythene, cardboard or hangers and set prices are available for commercial quantities of bedding and linen. All you need to do when booking your ironing in is please specify whether you would like items hung or folded. Your ironing will then be ready on the day agreed.

What is a Service Wash?
A service wash is when you leave your washing for us to do, rather than doing it yourself in the launderette or at home/business. Collection and delivery is available for added convenience
The minimum load for a service wash is £14.00 (wash and dry). This represents a medium sized laundry bag. For a large black bag it is £18.00 rising to £20.00 for a super size laundry bag. Again we will be able to advise on price upon seeing your laundry. Discounts are offered on larger quantities. Ironing charges
How does it work?
There is no need to pre book. Simply bring your washing in whilst we are attended. Our attended times at Clockwash are: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 2.00pm. You can bring it in either in bags or baskets whichever is more convenient. When bringing your washing in, please specify whether it is for washing, drying and ironing or just wash and dry. You are welcome to leave your own detergent/powder or we are happy to use our own. If you have any special requirements for example some items you don’t want tumble drying or kept separate then please let us know, so your laundry comes back how you require it.
How quickly can I have it back?
Tell us when you need it and we’ll do our best to accommodate and work to your schedule. Normally for wash and dry you can have it back later that day. You will be given a time when you can collect or we are happy to telephone/text when it is ready. For ironing, normally allow two days, however we do aim to have it done sooner if required.
How much does it cost?
Offering a full and comprehensive ironing service for both the private customer and commercial market, you can expect only the highest standard and our philosophy is to treat your laundry with the utmost care and attention at all times. You can request ironing as part of our washing and drying service or the popular iron only service. Ironing can be brought in baskets or bags whichever is more convenient for you. All ironing is labelled. are calculated on time spent, so you are only paying for items which need ironing thereby reducing the cost.

Do you offer collection and delivery?
We are pleased to offer a fully collection and delivery service Monday- Friday, if you live within the PE30 postcode it is free.
For areas outside that postcode we have to make a small charge to cover costs. Please contact us for a quotation.
